Neurodivergent-Friendly & Accessibility-Led

 

This event is intentionally designed to support neurodivergent attendees and a wide range of access needs.

 

We provide a quiet break-out space for rest, regulation, or time away from the main room at any point during the day. There is no expectation to sit still or stay seated — moving, standing, stepping out, or taking breaks is actively encouraged.

 

You’ll receive an ADHD-friendly workbook, designed to be easy to follow throughout the event, alongside a digital version so you can engage in the way that works best for you. We also provide colouring materials and fidget tools to support focus and regulation.

 

Implementation expectations vary, and everything offered during the event is optional. You’re invited to take what’s useful and leave what isn’t — there’s no pressure to do or absorb everything in the moment.

 

All talks are supported with live captions displayed on the projector as speakers present.

 

Ear defenders and ear plugs are available on request.

 

Most importantly, we’re committed to meeting people where they are. If there’s something you need to feel supported, regulated, or comfortable on the day, we’ll do our best to make that accessible for you 🤍
